RaceISP Background
In 2003, after three years of substantial growth the Racing and Sports Website (www.racingandsports.com.au) had grown into a top 200 Website in Australia and to point where a dedicated hosting solution was required.

After spending several weeks looking at the possible solutions, both in Australia and in the USA, two things became very obvious.

a) To ensure the speed required by our users the site would have to be hosted in Australia
b) very few hosting companies in Australia could create a hosting solution to host the Site

In November 2003, Racing and Sports decided to implement it's own hosting solution and infer-structure.

RaceISP is the natural extension of that decision.
